New rules to purchase cannabis in NY – I just received this in my inbox, so I’m posting it here for visibility and linking:
“Beginning May 18th, 2022 patients must now show a copy of their most recent certification from their doctor to purchase medical cannabis from any NY State Medical Cannabis Dispensary. We are no longer able to dispense with MMJ cards alone.”
This is a directive from the New York State Office of Cannabis Management.
I’ll post a follow up if and when this news changes.
